Ullr, whose name is Ƿuldor in Old English, is the Æsir God of the hunt. Grímnismál states that Odin says Ullr's abode is in Ydalir, the dale of yew trees, therefore the Rune ᛇ can be said to be associated with Him. His name means "glory" or "majesty."

The Anglo-Saxon Riddle 66 makes a reference to Ƿuldor with the short line of "Ƿuldres ēðel."
